-Evolve Essential is available in two sizes:

-First, draw the pad from the resealable disposal bag. Then, release the paper backing to expose the adhesive, and place the pad on your underclothes so that the adhesive sticks to the underwear. Finally, wrap the wings of the pad around the underside of your underwear to secure it firmly.
-Every Evolve pad comes in a resealable disposal bag. Draw the fresh pad from the disposal bag, and then enclose the used pad inside it. Seal the bag again, and dispose it of for a hygienic & hassle-free disposal.
-The default pack of 15 pads comes with 8 Medium Flow pads and 7 Heavy Flow pads. Simply visit the www.evolveessential.com and customize your pack by adding or removing the no. of pads as per the flows on the Monthly pack page. We will deliver the pack with your desired pads.
-Medium Flow pads take upto 100ml
-Heavy Flow pads take upto 130m
-The Evolve pads with a top-sheet are made of good quality natural ingredients to give you the goodness of nature and do not expose your skin to any harmful chemicals. It not just gives you a naturally soft and comfortable feel but saves you from painful rashes and infections as well.
- Yes, our pads have been dermatologically tested in a reputed lab and certified to be completely safe and non-irritant to the skin.
-If you want to cancel your order, you just need to drop an email to care@evolveessential.com within 90 minutes of placing the order. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order in 24-48 business hours. Please note that orders that have already been shipped from our side cannot be cancelled
-The refund takes about 6-8 working days to be credited to your bank account, from the date of cancellation of the order. If you still have not received it, please drop an email at care@evolveessential.com and we will sort out the issue. Rest assured, the money will be refunded to you.
- Our delivery timelines may vary from location to location. However, on an average, any order takes about 4-5 business days to get delivered from the date of placing the order. If your supply has still not been delivered in the stipulated time, please drop an email at care@evolveessential.com and we will sort it out for you.

-Sanitary hygiene essentials are very intimate and delicate for any woman. So, we do not returned goods. Therefore do not accept returns. However, should you be facing any issue with the product, we would be glad to assist you with it.
- If you find your order to be damaged or different from the one which you had ordered, please drop an email at care@evolveessential.com along with the pictures/ videos of the package including, the external box (with the label) and all the products which you have received. If ensured that the delivery is made of a damaged product, we will replace it in 6-8 working days after verifying the issue
